How many department tiles are removed in a 2, 3 or 4 player game, and which ones?
At random, take out 4 tiles for a 4-player game, 8 for 3 players or 16 for 2 players (the base rules say to select them at random and return them to the box), and lay out the rest. Do not remove them as matched pairs, so some departments may be absent and some may appear twice. Gaps or doubled spaces on the display do not matter.
