Do you show the card you draw from the draw pile or keep it secret?
The rulebook says you pick up and look at the card, and players confirm that it stays hidden.

Keep it secret — you look at it privately, then either keep it (replacing one of your face-down cards, which goes face up on the discard pile) or discard it. It only becomes public if you discard it.
