Can a boss effect move my bullets into my hitbox and hit me?
Several players agree, reasoning from the rule that boss effects count as the boss acting; the rulebook does not mention hitbox hits.

Yes. The ban on moving into your hitbox applies to your own movement. When a boss effect moves a bullet, it counts as the boss acting, so a bullet pushed down into the hitbox hits you.
