In the Quest phase every committed quest is revealed and checked. Most ask you to have the most STR in a province of a region, and a tie for most fails. Each fulfilled quest pays its Glory and lets you raise one clan stat one step. Failing costs nothing, and all revealed quests are discarded afterward whether or not they succeeded.
