Does Frigga's Succor let me exceed my Horns limit or fill a full province?
No. Succor does not override the limit on figures on the board or the limit of villages in a province, so if the first invade used up your last allowed figure no extra warrior comes in. Its free warrior also comes from your reserve, never from Valhalla, even when Frigga's Domain provided the main invader.
