Blood Rage
Does Frigga's Charm cut other Rage costs, and does it discount the upgrade that replaces it?
Players explain the scope; the replacement case rests on one terse post and the FAQ text could not be confirmed.

The discount applies only to playing upgrade cards, not to invading, and a 0-cost upgrade cannot be reduced below 0, so it earns no Rage. One player says Frigga's Charm stays in effect until it is replaced, so the replacing upgrade is the first one not discounted by it; this is not confirmed by an official source.
