Can the pillaging player move their own adjacent figures into the province during the Call to Battle?
The rulebook has each player in the Call to Battle move one adjacent figure into an empty village; several players confirm this includes the pillager.
Yes. The pillager takes part in the Call to Battle like everyone else (last in the clockwise order) and may move in one adjacent figure per turn while villages are free, even if nobody else joins. Only figures from adjacent provinces may be called; Ships cannot move.
