Blood Rage
Can an upgrade's free invade put you over your Horns limit?
The rulebook says you cannot invade beyond your Horns stat; players apply that to free invades.

No. The Horns stat is a hard cap on figures on the board, and the free invade after an upgrade cannot exceed it. If you are full, lose a figure first (for example in a pillage) before you upgrade.
