When does the Storyteller decide who the Drunk is?
Several experienced players agree; no official ruling.

The Drunk is an Outsider, so it only comes up when Outsiders are in the cast. You put an extra Townsfolk token in the bag in place of the Drunk token, then secretly choose which Townsfolk is the Drunk. You can pick after the tokens are drawn, but it must be settled before play begins.
