If the Snake Charmer swaps into the Demon, does the new Demon kill that night?

Yes. The Snake Charmer acts before the Demon, so the new Demon can attack on the night of the swap. The old Demon becomes a good Snake Charmer and must be told, even though that Snake Charmer is poisoned.
