No. The first-night steps that wake the Minions to see the Demon, and show the Demon the Minions plus three not-in-play bluff characters, apply only at 7 or more players. At 5 or 6 players evil starts blind: the Minion and Demon do not know each other and the Demon gets no bluffs.
