In what order do water movement, energy, contracts and downstream flow resolve in a production?
First the drops travel through the conduit to your powerhouse and on to their final downstream spot, then you gain energy, then you may fulfil a contract and take its rewards. So a dam you gain from the contract cannot catch drops that already flowed by.
