The leader on Irrigation tiles takes the tile's 3 VP plus the visible Irrigation VP; the second place gets half the visible VP rounded down; the player(s) with the lowest count lose 2 VP. If everyone ties, nobody scores and the tile is discarded; players sharing the top count share the second-place reward and don't take the tile. With two players, the non-leader is both second and last: half the visible VP, then minus 2.
