Do I get all the Credit bonuses I passed on the Energy Track, and is there a cap?
The publisher confirmed it is not cumulative, and the rulebook describes Credits by track position.

No — you only take the Credits for the space your marker is on at scoring, not the earlier ones. Income caps at the payout of the "30" space, and passing 30 again adds nothing more.
