How does Kit Carlson's Gatling ability work?
The rulebook describes the ability and examples, and players agree it applies at the final roll.
For each Gatling he rolls he may discard one arrow from any player, splitting the discards across players or taking his own. It applies only on his accepted final roll, not on intermediate re-rolls, and it is separate from the Gatling Gun's own discard of his arrows.
