In Miskatonic Museum, how do you count the margin of a failed test for Oops!?
Oops! can be used when you fail the test by 2 or less. If your final adjusted result would be below zero it counts as zero, and an auto-fail also counts as zero, so a low-skill investigator who fails with a tested value of 2 or less still fails by at most 2 and can use Oops!.
