Does a Masked Carnevale-Goer exhaust after its attacks when it is flipped?
No. Enemies exhaust after attacking only during the attack step of the enemy phase, and a publisher answer relayed in the thread says the flipped attacks do not exhaust the enemy. The thread's earlier view that it exhausts was not supported by the rules citations.
