Does a 'cannot move' effect stop movement from cards such as Pathfinder?
It depends on the wording. A 'cannot take a Move action' effect still allows card abilities that move you. A 'cannot move' effect, such as the Grappling Horror's while engaged, blocks all movement, including Shortcut.
