Can you carry story assets such as Lita Chandler into a different campaign?

Not by default. Each campaign is played on its own and starts fresh, so story assets such as Lita Chantler do not carry over. One player suggests that if you want to continue, you must keep the same investigators and decks (with their weaknesses and trauma) from the end of the earlier campaign.
