What does being tagged do?
While the Runner has at least one tag, the Corp may spend 1 click and 2 credits to trash one of the Runner's resources (the Corp chooses which; hardware and programs are not affected), and card effects that care about tags become live. There is no limit on how many tags a Runner can have.
