Do subroutines count as having the ICE's subtypes?

Yes. A subroutine takes on all the subtypes of its ICE, so every subroutine on a barrier/bioroid/AP ICE counts as barrier, bioroid and AP for icebreakers. AP is the ICE subtype for subroutines that deal net or brain damage.
