Does the Corp's scored agenda keep its text active, and can the Runner use a stolen agenda's text?

Question

Accepted Answer

Agenda text is active while the agenda sits in the Corp's score area. A stolen agenda in the Runner's score area just counts its points, unless the card itself says it applies when stolen.
