Does Parasite trash a rezzed ICE as soon as its strength reaches zero, even with no virus counter on Parasite?
Yes. Parasite's only trash condition is the ICE's strength being zero or less, so a Parasite with no counters still trashes an ICE at zero strength. A virus counter is not required.
