When approaching any piece of ICE after the first one (including unrezzed ICE the Corp chose not to rez), and once more after passing the last ICE, just before accessing. The Runner cannot jack out when approaching the first ICE of a run, and there is no jack-out window between breaking subroutines and passing the ICE.
