Can the Corp bluff by installing a card in a position its type cannot legally occupy?
No. Only ICE can be installed in ICE positions, and agendas and assets only in remotes, so a facedown card must be legally installable where it sits. Bluffing with legal installs, such as an asset or upgrade made to look like an agenda, is fine.
