Can Djinn host Parasite, and does Parasite use a memory unit when it is installed on ICE?

No. A card can be hosted in only one place, and Parasite must be installed on ICE, so Djinn cannot host it. Parasite uses the Runner's memory units; hosting it on ICE does not change that, since Djinn's exemption applies only to the programs it hosts.
