How many agenda points must a Corporation deck contain?

It depends on deck size: 40-44 cards need 18-19 points, 45-49 cards need 20-21, and 50-54 cards need 22-23. Above that, add 2 more points to the 54-card requirement each time the deck reaches another multiple of five cards (55, 60, 65 and so on).
