How does The Foundry interact with Accelerated Beta Test?
Each ICE from Accelerated Beta Test is installed and rezzed before the next is considered, so you cannot install all then rez them to avoid The Foundry. If The Foundry shuffles R&D mid-resolution, the remaining cards are no longer eligible, so they are neither installed nor trashed.
