When can I claim a grant?
Only right after you yourself publish, endorse or debunk a theory. This replaces the rulebook's "immediately" wording. The designer first allowed grants as soon as you qualified, then reversed it, so a conflict token removed on someone else's turn gives you nothing until your own publish, endorse or debunk.
