Can Boots of Speed repeat Exhibit Potion or give another Publish after an immediate publication?
Yes to both. Boots repeat any action space where you had a cube, and a cube you still have on Publish Theory allows a second publish after an immediate publication. Wait until all cubes on that space are gone.
