In the solo series, what carries over from one game to the next?

Occupations you kept in earlier games stay permanently, and at the end of each game you may keep one more occupation, which must be one you played in that game. Starting food in the next game depends on how far you beat the target score: in the revised design 1 food per 2 points over, rounded down.
