Can fences, stables, fields or rooms be moved or removed once placed?
The rulebook says fences may not be demolished and everything but animals is immovable; designer and publisher agree.

No — once built they stay where they are. Only people and animals move. The only exception is a card that says otherwise, such as Dozing Bull in the Z-deck.
