What is the difference between 'and/or' and 'After X, also Y' on an action space?
The designer confirmed the optional second part, and the rulebook describes 'and/or' (any order) versus 'and afterward' (in order).

On 'X and/or Y' you may take either part alone or both in either order. On 'After X, also Y' you must take X first and Y is optional afterwards. The English wording is easy to misread; the German text says you 'may' take the second action.
