What counts for Family Friendly Home, and does Cottager trigger it?
Only room tiles count (not capacity from Home Keeper or Wooden Shed), you need more rooms than people before the Build Rooms action, and the bonus is one growth plus food per action. Cottager gives a one-room Build Rooms action and triggers it if you already have spare rooms.
