Do craft buildings use resources before cards like Drudgery Reeve count what is left?
Yes — craft buildings consume the resources you choose to spend first, so Drudgery Reeve counts only what remains. Soldier's resources are not spent by the card, and wood cannot score both for Soldier and Joinery.
