How do Blade Shears, Den Builder and Mud Wallower work?

Blade Shears: choose 3 food or food equal to your sheep, not both. Den Builder's cost is paid once and the room stays. Boar on Mud Wallower can breed and be moved off, but a newborn boar cannot be held there.
