How do Chapel, Reclamation Plow, Swagman and Millwright work?
The Chapel's owner uses its space free, others pay the owner 1 grain. Reclamation Plow needs all taken animals accommodated, and works only the next time. Swagman's jump moves the worker, freeing the first space. Millwright's substitute works once per feature type (rooms, stables) per turn.
