Can Child Ombudsman, Work Certificate or Animal Teacher trigger on the turn they are played?

Question

Accepted Answer

Yes — after discussing with the designer, the publisher ruled these trigger on the same turn they are played, reversing an earlier answer that said they could not. Equipper, however, pays out only after the action space is no longer in use, so it does not trigger for a card played on that space.
