Once per Terraform and Build action, spend a Scholar to skip 1 or 2 terrain or river hexes and gain 5 points. It works whenever you take a Terraform and Build action, including one gained from a faction ability such as the Lizards'. It can't be combined with Moles tunnelling in the same action.
