What are the difficulty modes and how do I set them up?
The rulebook lists the variable difficulty modes.

Normal plays the nemesis mat as written. Beginner: players start with 12 life, Gravehold with 35, and the nemesis has 10 less life. Expert: use the nemesis's Increased Difficulty rules. Extinction: use Increased Difficulty, players start with 8 life, Gravehold with 25, and the nemesis has 10 more life.
