How does the Land Bonus work: do I get one card per island?
The rulebook describes this, and the designer said the newer English rulebook reflects the change.

No. Entering an island space lets you draw cards equal to its numeral, keep one, and gain only that card's land bonus. The other cards go to the bottom of the deck.
