Halicarnassus, then Carthage, then the Great Wall, then Manneken Pis. With Leaders, Solomon goes first, followed by Leaders that build a Wonder. This reply came from the designer and replaces the older Wonder Pack sheet order, which put Solomon after Manneken Pis.
