Can one chain symbol unlock two free builds?
The rulebook states the chain condition but not explicitly that it can be used repeatedly; one poster agrees.

Yes, as far as the rules show. A chain symbol is a condition you meet by having built the matching card, and nothing in the rules uses it up, so it can make a later card free on each turn it applies. Cards with two chain symbols give access to two chains.
