How do Naval Victory and Defeat tokens work?
Losses are handed out first, and a player who takes a Naval Defeat token cannot also take a Naval Victory token that Age. The weakest naval strength is resolved first, so tied lowest players all take the defeat. Naval tokens are separate from ground tokens for older cards that mention Victory or Defeat tokens.
