Does a Diplomacy token protect you from Naval Conflicts or an Incursion?
No. Diplomacy only protects against ground conflicts, so it does not stop Naval Conflicts, and the Armada rulebook FAQ says the Diplomacy token has no effect on an Incursion. Two players still only fight each other once per Age, so an Incursion and a normal conflict between the same pair do not both count.
