Does a guild copied by a wonder, or a wonder stage built in the Leaders phase, count for Edifice?

A guild copied through a wonder does not count for the Age III Edifice reward; only a guild actually built does. A wonder stage built during the Leaders phase at the start of an Age counts toward that Age's Edifice.
